PRICING : We always apply small miners and/or bush prices. Therefore our prices are appx 50 % cheaper than Africa-office prices.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY : We have two type procedures. 1) Exwork Conakry (or Freetown or Monrovia or Banjul ) or CIF Buyer destination

Exwork Procedure :
1. Buyer informs what he wants to buy ( LOI ).
2. Seller sends manifest & proforma invoice to buyer
3. Buyer examines and selects the diamonds in any Mano River office of seller ( preferably Conakry or Banjul )!
4. Buyer pays and take delivery of diamonds.

CIF Procedure :
1. Buyer informs what he wants to buy ( LOI ).
2. Seller sends manifest & proforma invoice to buyer
3. Buyer approves the manifest-proforma invoice and sends to seller with bank reference letter.
4. Seller delivers the diamonds in manifest to official export institution in his destination.
5. Official export institution inform the manifest-invoice to authorized Kimberley institution in buyer's destination.
6. Buyer do payment of the diamonds under the observation of KPC institution.
7. The export institution at seller's destination finish all export procedures and send the diamonds which has been specially packed and sealed, to buyer.
8. KPC institution in buyer's destination open the sealed pocket and deliver the diamonds to buyer after check them with manifest-proforma invoice.

NOTES: All deals are with Kimberley Certificate. The deliveries out of Africa are only in our Turkey offices and this can be done either through 50% cash payment before proceeding or after conditional payment guarantee via SWIFT MT103. Buyer can do " real payment " after rejection and election in the office. If buyer can't do payment of the diamonds then seller pays his guarantee back to buyer after cutting of transport and insurance costs.
